Adam Welch is a cinematographer who lives and works in the Des Moines, IA area. Creativity has been a part of Adam’s life since he was young but it wasn’t until he was introduced to the original Star Wars trilogy did his love for filmmaking begin. After high school Adam served 6 years activity duty in the Air Force, during which time he studied film and television production. 

Adam eventually moved back to Iowa and has since been involved in numerous commercials, documentaries, music videos, & short films. As a cinematographer Adam sees attention to detail and clear communication as the keys to a successful project and ensures that everyone has the information and tools they need to do their best.

Adam is also a military storyteller in the Air National Guard, capturing photos and videos of those who serve in uniform and telling their stories. Outside of cinematography, Adam also enjoys taking photos, staying fit, and building Lego.
